How to arrange an assessment
Email our reception team and they will send an email with an ADHD Assessment Pre-Screening Pack for you to complete.
Once this has been completed, we will:
- Arrange a time for your clinical ADHD assessment, or
- Contact you to discuss alternative management options if a different care pathway is more appropriate.
